Gall stone is a familiar disease to general surgeon, and nowadays it's very popular in korea.
Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is one of the best procedure for gall stone and we report the 45 cases which were experienced in our hospital.
During laparoscopic cholecystectomy, several problems and complications were encountered and we described it in this article.
